Refund and Returns Policy
At Haus Design & Architecture. we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy below to understand our guidelines on refunds, returns, and exchanges.
1. No Returns .
We do not offer returns on any products purchased through our website.
2. Damages and Issues.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Please note:
• If damage is reported after delivery has been completed and the product has been inspected, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.
• If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of returning the original product.
3. Non-Returnable Items.
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
• Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders).
• Products where the customer feels the dimensions do not fit their space.
4. important Note.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the product dimensions (provided on our website) will fit through doors, staircases, elevators, or other spaces in its packaging before placing an order.
Additionally, we do not accept returns on:
• Sale items.
• Gift cards.
5. Exchanges.
We do not offer exchanges on furniture items. For further assistance, please reach out to our customer support team.
6. Refunds.
If you submit a claim, we will review it upon receipt and inspection of the product. You will be notified of the approval or denial of your claim. If approved, our customer support team will contact you to discuss the next steps.
7. Cancellation Policy.
• Once an item has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
• Custom or special-order items may only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, these orders cannot be canceled.
